1. Hereby understand all golf carts and motor scooters must abide by 20mph speed limit

2. Hereby understand the golf cart or motor scooter must have headlights and taillights

3. Hereby agrees that no golf cart or motor scooter will enter pedestrian area

4. Hereby understands that all golf carts and motor scooters are to be registered with Gulfport Dragway. Each must be issued a Gulfport Dragway decal and number. Proof of ownership, insurance company name, and insurance policy number will be required before a number will be given.

5. Hereby understand there is a non- refundable yearly registration fee of $25 per golf cart or motor scooter or a daily fee of $10 per golf cart or motor scooter. Year is from January 1 to December 31.

6. Hereby agrees that all designated drivers will be listed on the registration records.

7. Hereby agrees that no one under 18 years of age will be allowed to drive or maneuver a golf cart or motor scooter.

8. Hereby understands that only one person is allowed to a seat. A child under one year of age is an exception to this rule.

9. Hereby agrees that golf carts  and motor scooters are only allowed to enter the staging lanes if towing a racecar. Once the racecar goes down track, golf cart or motor scooter must leave the staging lanes.

10. Hereby agrees that golf carts and motor scooters cannot come up the fire-up road unless towing a racecar. Once the racecar goes down the track, the golf cart or motor scooter must leave the fire-up road.

11. Hereby understands the right-of-way at Gulfport Dragway is in the following order:

1. Racecars

2. Pedestrians

3. Golf carts and motor scooters

12.  Hereby understands that there will be no warnings for any violations. Hereby understands that there will be immediate denial of usage of the golf cart or motor scooter. Hereby understands that violations can cause golf cart or motor scooter privileges to be revoked for a year or more.
